Intense, bright amber with copper highlights. Aromas of hazelnut praline and candied orange peel, varnish and cabinetry notes on a background of wood smoke. Dry, sharp and tasty, with a refreshing acidity. Delicious and spicy salinity with extraordinarily long end.

Serve at 13 - 14 ° C. as companion bouillon, foie gras, cold meats or smoked, with cheese platters, blue fish or seafood. This wine pairs well with spicy dishes.
